The Goyal Foundation is formed to provide educational and humanitarian assistance for impoverished and needy children in both the United States and abroad and to promote other charitable endeavors.

The Goyal Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

No part of the donations to the Goyal Foundation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons. Goyal Foundation will pay reasonable compensation for services rendered by others. However, no trustee or officer of the Foundation will be entitled to any compensation.
